Ben Bruce calls for end to blame game in 2017

Senator Ben Murry Bruce has called on the President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration to be focused on taking Nigeria out of recession in 2017 rather than focusing on blaming Goodluck Jonathan.

In a live video streamed via the facebook page of Jonathan, the senator said it was a shame that some people were peddling allegation that the former president did no achieve anything.

Ben Bruce highlighted some of the successes of Jonathan and said the focus for 2017 should be on how Nigeria can get out of recession.

He also said he was ready to provide ideas that can positively affect the nation and called on the current administration to channel its strength towards positive things rather than futhering the blame game.

He said: “In 2016, we placed too much emphasis on blaming the immediate past administration of former president, Goodluck Jonathan.

The blame knew no bounds with some alleging that Jonathan did not achieve anything by way of infrastructure”
